Throughout our years in the world of intellectual property we’ve found that the communication gap beetween clients and legal professionals keeps growing. As the world changes, the older, more rigid practises and legal solutions are slowly loosing their edges, but the majority of the veteran professionals fail to recognize that, and at the end of the day this hurts the clients’ result and experience.

New business models, new kind of intellectual properties, even industries emerge nowadays, all of which – with a trademark – can increase their market value enormously, but only if they can access the modern legal protection, custom tailored to their exact needs.

With that in mind we crafted together our team as an agile, fast mover group, who want to bring innovative fresh perspective and effective legal solutions for the businesess of the 21st century.

dr. Gábor Bene

I became closely acquainted to the field of intellectual property, when I worked at the legal department of one of the largest domestic IT service providers in Hungary. After joining the Hungarian Bar Association I’ve started working almost exclusively in the field of IP protection, mostly for clients outside of Hungary. I’ve met members of the team during this phase, and our professional visions matched from the getgo.

While the basic mission of our business is to help aspiring ventures to thrive through proper brand protection and avoid IP related problems, I do realize that in many cases disputes are unavoidable, therefore next to my strategic IP advisor role, my aim is to support our clients in IP litigation cases before trademark offices and courts.

dr. Sándor Tündik

Ever fascinated by the world of brands and well-designed objects, I have graduated from ELTE Law School in 2017 with a focus on intellectual property, and started working immediately in the field of IP.

I became highly skilled in IP law with particular focus on trademark and design law. I draft pleadings in application, opposition, revocation and appeals proceedings involving the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office, including the work with preparing lists of goods and an IP strategy for protecting our clients’ IP assets.

I provide advice from a commercial perspective. One of my strengths lie in rethinking your trademark challenges and then finding the most advantageous solution for you.

dr. Dániel Nagy

Not long after I received my law degree I started to work as a legal associate at a patent attorney firm. I gained valuable knowledge in EU trademarks, and I had an insight on trademark litigation as well. Besides trademarks, I managed and supervised European patent validations in Hungary and also in most of the European countries. As part of this service I also managed the maintenance of Hungarian and other national patents as well.

My overall impression with trademarks is that people have a hard time to get their minds around it, hence they do not realize the real benefits for them. In a swiftly developing economy, establishing the proper brand and protection for it is essential and a key factor for sustainable success.
My goal is to support entrepreneurial pioneers in this vision with the trademark filing and general advisor knowledge I obtained.

dr. Kriszti Halla

I started working for an IP office when I was a law student back in 2017 and since then I have been active on the field of IP. During these years I gained experience both with trademarks and patents, but I chose to specialise in trademark protection processes in Hungary and in the European Union. I got to know Gábor and the rest of the team through a mutual friend of ours, and from the beginning it became clear that we share the same values and ambitions both on professional and personal level.

I support the team with back-end tasks as the head of the office and help our clients as a legal advisor. Currently I am working on my Master of Law (LLM) degree in German law in order to perform on the highest level possible and to serve our clients the best I can.
